We don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. All sales are final.
I do my best to make sure all orders are packaged safely but sometimes packages are damaged during transit. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at jb@jbtheindie.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. These are assessed on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
If your order is missing something or I’ve accidentally sent you extras or a double up, please email me so I can rectify the issue. If you have any further questions these can also be emailed to us as well.
